We pride ourselves in the customer service department with kind and courteous email's. We are friendly people ready to answer your questions regarding our products and/or web site. We will answer promptly as we check our email's all day PST.

Sizing-

As you may or may not know, vintage sizing is so different form todays sizing. What todays size 8 is, is 1950s' 12 or 1980's 10. Go figure, I guess they just didn't have drive-thrus and Big Gulps back then! Don't pay attention to the size label, that's just there for information use. Bust/chest is measured armpit to armpit. Waist is measured at the natural waist, sometimes a empire waist  will be noted. Hips are measured at the widest point. 

Condition Chart-

Mint/New Old Stock- May have original tags attatched, never been worn

Near Mint- Same as mint with no tags, also may appear to have never been worn or worn once with no wear or flaws

Excellent- No major flaws noted, may include barely there wear, includes very minor pilling, some
light discoloration or a barely visible spot or two

Very Good- Minor Flaws which would include some pilling, runs, visible spots, wash wear or usage wear. But don't worry, this catagory is not used very often only for a highly prized designer item or a rare item.

Returns-

Oops! Did we make a mistake? A wrong size label read or we missed that flaw? We hope not, but in the event we do, we will hold responsibility to ourselves. We fully disclose all important imperfections to each item so you aren't left with "This isn't what I ordered" when you open your delivery package. We don't take returns back on items that don't fit because we accurately hand measure each item with a fabric tape measure when we list it. The 'size on label' is only for reference and is not indicative to a true size for todays modern fit. So don't buy 3 or 4 items, get them and return 2 because you like the way it fits or looks better on you than the others. We're sorry but we would not want to have any of our stock borrowed in that way. Shipping-

We choose shipping with USPS Priority Mail because it is most economical, reliable and you can track your items online at www.usps.com We ship usually within 1-2 days of receiving your cleared payment. International orders are shipped Priority Mail as well to reassure your package will arrive to your door. International shipping generally takes from 7-10 days depending on your countries customs. Please be aware of your countries customs regulations and/or fees as we are not responsible for your countries customs delays or charges. If you would like super fast shipping, we can do this, just email us for a quote at info@vintagemoonbaby.com. We can combine shipping for multiple items too. Don't be afraid to purchase more than one item. We will not gauge you on shipping fees. Of course heavier items such as coats, heavy boots will be more.

Payments-

Right now we are accepting online payments through Master card, Visa and Diners Club. We also accept cashiers checks, personal checks and money orders drawn from US banks only. If you choose this method of payment your item will be 'ON HOLD' status until payment is recieved and/or cleared. Just email us and let us know that payment is on its way and we will take care of placing your item ON HOLD. Ask us about LAYAWAY. Layaway is for 3 month period in which to fully pay for your item by cashiers check, money order or personal check or pay-pal. You can pay for it in any increments you like, just as long as it is paid for in full by the 1-2 month time limit. NO CANCELLATIONS ON LAYAWAYS. If you would like to pay by pay-pal, just email first us and we will let you know what email address to send pay pal payment to. We have a seperate email address set up for PAY-PAL. VINTAGEMOONBABY takes transaction and data security seriously. Our commitment to security includes being Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard certified and we are offered a number of security enhancing products and tools. Payments through your credit card are accepted only by the matched name and address on the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases. If we feel a purchase is fraudulent it will be denied.
