Returns-
Oops! Did we make a mistake? A wrong size label read or we missed that flaw? We hope not, but in the event we do, we will hold responsibility to ourselves. We fully disclose all important imperfections to each item so you aren't left with "This isn't what I ordered" when you open your delivery package. We don't take returns back on items that don't fit because we accurately hand measure each item with a fabric tape measure when we list it. The 'size on label' is only for reference and is not indicative to a true size for todays modern fit. So don't buy 3 or 4 items, get them and return 2 because you like the way it fits or looks better on you than the others. We're sorry but we would not want to have any of our stock borrowed in that way. Shipping-
We choose shipping with USPS Priority Mail because it is most economical, reliable and you can track your items online at www.usps.com . During a FREE SHIPPING offer, we may choose FIRST CLASS shipping with USPS for heavier items as a means for shipping for economical purposes. Otherwise, PRIORITY will be used. We ship usually within 1-2 days of receiving your cleared credit card payments. This may take up to 4-5 days of clearing. International orders are shipped Priority Mail as well to reassure your package will arrive to your door. International shipping generally takes from 7-10 days depending on your countries customs. Please be aware of your countries customs regulations and/or fees as we are not responsible for your countries customs delays or charges. We combine shipping for multiple items too. Don't be afraid to purchase more than one item. We will not gauge you on shipping fees. Of course heavier items such as coats, heavy boots will be more. NOTE: The shipping calculator does not give shipping rate for FLAT RATE. If your item is heavy and will fit in a FLAT RATE Box, we will only charge you the FLAT RATE FEE. Also, if the calculated shipping rate seems high, then email us and we will adjust the rate manually for you. Or we will give you an immediate refund if you paid more than the actual cost of shipping.
If you need your item(s) FASTER, then send us an email at info@vintagemoonbaby.com and we will give you a quote for Next Day Shipping thru USPS. All next day items must be recieved before 12 noon Pacific Standard Time to be shipped on time to the destination.
Shipping International-
Remember shipping International is usually more. We do have several ways to ship your items. Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is just that, an envelope. It measures 9 1/2" by 12 1/2" and is used for slips,patterns, small lingerie items, small lightweight items, no more than 4 lbs. So don't choose flat rate envelope to send a coat. Small Flat Rate Box is used for jewelry items mostly. It is a 8 5/8" by 5 3/8" by 1 5/8" box. Maximum weight is 4 lbs. Your jewelry will be protected with bubble wrap inside. Please do not choose this form of shipment for heavy large items. There is a Priority Mail Large Envelope. This is the most common way we ship. Most dresses can be shipped this way with no harm. We use Priority Mail Box for more protection, thicker items, fragile items. Priority Flat Rate Medium Box is for heavier items such as smaller coats, wraps etc. Maximum weight is 20 lbs. Flat Rate Large Box is for really heavy thick coats. We will use the best packaging for fit of each garment/item. We will not cram an item into a too small box or envelope for the benefit of saving money for shipping.
